OUR TERMS

The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and the Altstadthotel Kaiserslautern.

 

1. Agreed option times are binding for both contracting parties. The hotel reserves the right to rent the reserved rooms and function rooms at the end of the option period.

 

2. Booked hotel rooms are available to the guest from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. Unless expressly agreed to an arrival time, the hotel reserves the right to assign booked hotel rooms after 18:00 otherwise. The conference room or meeting rooms are only available to the beneficiary at the agreed time. Any additional use of the rooms requires the prior approval of the organizer.

 

3. The Contractor shall not be entitled to provide certain hotel rooms, conference rooms or meeting rooms. If agreed rooms, conference rooms or meeting rooms are not available for whatever reason, the hotel is obliged to provide for replacement also outside the house, as far as this is reasonable.

 

 

Withdrawal by customer, transfer

In the case of bookings or cancellations of booked hotel rooms, conference or meeting rooms and arrangements that can only be recognized in writing and are only valid if confirmed by the hotel to you in writing, will be charged:

 

-Cancellation of up to 3 rooms free of charge up to 72 h before arrival date.

-Cancellation 72h before arrival day until arrival day 80% of the room rate

-Cancellation on arrival day 100% of the room rate.

 

For bookings / cancellations which concern more than 3 rooms, separate arrangements apply.
